Adrian
Hewlett graduated from UCT with a post graduate diploma in Marketing. Adrian began his on-line career as marketing manager at Rugby365. Within six months that role included managing all sales. Following an 18 month secondment to the 365 plc UK head office, Adrian returned to SA in 2002 to drive an aggressive expansion and resource growth plan for the 365 CT. In 2004 Adrian broke off to found Habari Media; which exclusively represents MSN's network, Sharenet and Careerjunction to name a few. Habari has offices in all major SA centres, Lagos, Dakar and Maputo. Habari Media employs over 55 people and has launched a financial site Justmoney.co.za. Adrian is passionate about growing the on-line industry and believes 2008 is going to be a major turning point for the industry following similar tipping point's in Europe 3 years ago. Adrian was a founding member of the OPA, and would like to see the association play an even bigger role in the industry's growth. |

Mark is a Dutch citizen who moved to South Africa ten years ago from New York City He has an MBA degree from "the American University" based in Washington DC. Mark has been in the industry for 9 years starting at the now defunct Destiny Electronic Service. Before that he worked at Deloitte as a marketing specialist. He started working at Ananzi over 8 years ago as a Business unit manager. He moved with the product from company to company to eventually end up as the MD under the A.C. Brabys
banner. Mark lives in Johannesburg and is married to Lydie and has three children. |

Nikki is the CEO of Primedia Online which, amongst other online services, publishes the likes of iafrica.com, Rugby365, SA Soccer365 and Sport365. Primedia Online was formed after the sale of 365 to the Primedia Group. Nikki having graduated in Information Systems from UCT, started her career at Acceleration. She then joined 365 in a Business Development role progressing through the ranks to
become the CEO and saw a successful MBO of the business and the subsequent sale to Primedia. |

Colin Daniels is the Publisher of Times Online at Avusa Media (formerly Johncom) where he's in charge of a number of well-known brands. In addition, he also oversees the media division's digital strategy and runs its newly established innovation unit. Prior to joining Avusa, Colin was a new media lecturer at the highly respected New Media
Lab—a division of the Rhodes University School of Journalism and Media Studies—where he taught digital theory and production to post-graduate journalism students. During this time he also conducted a number of research projects, primarily in the fields of new media and its impact on news production, blogging, and social media. |
